Suitable for isolation and easy chromogenic differentiation of L. monocytogenes; provides initial differentiation and presumptive identification. COLOREX™ Listeria and COLOREX ID Listeria, traditionally used in tandem, isolate and chromogenically differentiate colonies confirming the presence of Listeria monocytogenes with prepared plated culture media. When used together, COLOREX Listeria provides initial differentiation and presumptive identification, while COLOREX ID Listeria provides confirmation of suspect L. monocytogenes colonies re-plated from COLOREX Listeria.
Detects: Listeria monocytogenesand L. innocua
Time to Result: 18-24 hours, incubate at 37ºC.
