Genvinset® HLA Behçet v5 – Real-Time PCR Kit for HLA-B*51/52 Detection

Genvinset® HLA Behçet v5 is a CE-IVDR Real-Time PCR kit for qualitative detection of HLA-B51/52 alleles in genomic DNA extracted from whole blood. Using TaqMan® hydrolysis-probe technology, the assay supports assessment of HLA-B51/52-associated genetic predisposition to Behçet’s disease.
HLA-B*51/52 is detected through the FAM channel, while the HBB β-globin gene serves as an internal positive control detected through the HEX/VIC channel. The kit includes a Positive Control and Reaction Blank and is available in 24- and 48-test formats. Results should be interpreted together with clinical findings and other diagnostic tests.
