Genvinset® HLA C06 – Real-Time PCR Kit for HLA-C06 Detection

Genvinset® HLA C06 is a CE-IVDR Real-Time PCR kit for qualitative detection of HLA-C06 alleles in genomic DNA extracted from whole blood. Using TaqMan® hydrolysis-probe technology, the assay supports assessment of HLA-C*06-associated genetic susceptibility to psoriasis and provides HLA typing information relevant to treatment response.
HLA-C*06 is detected through the FAM channel, while the ACTB (β-actin) gene serves as an internal positive control detected through the HEX/VIC channel. The kit includes a Positive Control and Reaction Blank and is available in 24- and 48-test formats. Results should be interpreted together with clinical findings and other diagnostic tests.
The assay principle specifies ACTB (actin beta) as the internal positive control, HLA-C*06 detection through FAM, and ACTB detection through HEX.
